We work with management to identify corporate goals and focus our program on skills specific to actual job situations. These situations include: stand-up presentations, meetings, and one-to-one discussions. We connect the workshop to the workplace by using participants' own materials. The result is skills which they can apply immediately.

			We avoid a list of do's and don'ts. The workshop is highly personalized to build skills within each individual's style. Our uncommonly high consultant-to-participant ratio allows the participants to get specific, balanced feedback, within the group and in private videotape reviews. 			We encourage participants to think through every communication. We provide simple tools for effective planning and organization. We explore not only the how, but also the when and why: What objectives are ambitious yet realistic? What do people truly need from this communication? Is this meeting even necessary? The result is a flexible framework to lead people to action.
